Ross McCluney
Dr. Ross McCluney was our May USGBC speaker and is a recently retired principal research scientist at the Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC), where his duties included research and program management. He holds B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in physics, the first two from Rhodes College in Memphis and UT Knoxville.
